In order to find the right person for the job, there are a number of pre-employment procedures our candidates must go through in order to be put forward for a position. Before we refer any staff member to our employers,

we interview each individual candidate personally to make sure they have relevant skills and qualifications, personality and attributes required for each position.

We ensure our workforce is subject to the following:

  1. Ministry of Justice criminal history check
  2. ACC injury history with an associated physical impairment questionnaire
  3. Work history reference checks
  4. A one on one interview with a recruitment consultant
  5. Arithmetic and logical reasoning testing where required
  6. Drug and alcohol screening
  7. comprehensive H&S induction
